Will you be on the message board?

Last year, inclusion of one's name on the message board was changed to "Opt-In." Many people were not aware of the change, and there was much consternation.

Take a moment now to go edit your preferences and make sure they reflect your wishes.

(For those who may be new to Wiscon: The message board is a large bulletin board near registration and the dealer room with a list of names on it. If you wish to leave a message for an attendee, you write it on a slip of paper, put their name on it and put it alphabetically in the box. Then you put a pin in the person's name to let them know there is a message.)

Indeed. Thanks for the reminder & link. It's sort of like texting, only using paper and without having the other person's phone number.

This is also what some may refer to as the Magic Message Board.
