I look forward to reading much of the honor list. I think there's a typo in the Beauty Queens entry, though; surely that should be "limited palette of roles"?

I am SUPER excited for Hairston's win! I also want to put in a quick plug for one of the honor books though. If you're thinking about reading Beauty Queens (and you SHOULD), and you have even a minor inclination towards audiobooks, THIS IS ONE TO READ IN AUDIO. No joke, Libba Bray does an AMAZING job with the different voices of these girls. Also it's hilarious, also reality show pirates. *bow*

Also also read Freedom Maze, it is amazing. Such a good list here, gosh.
