I posted the following to WisCon FB, but I want as many of those who signed as possible to see it, so I also am posting it here:
I want to thank WisCon and each and every person who signed the really
quite marvelous card that I received. I am tempted to mention
each good wish, comment and signature, but I would certainly
miss someone and each one is precious to me and to Dimas as
well. The card is now part of my treasures. The arrival of that
card made my day and most of my days are not so good. People
tell me I sound and look better, but it is so slow that I find it difficult to perceive.
Whether I will ever again travel or not is still to be known. May the path
lead to WisCon 36 for both of us.
Thank you is not enough to express the pleasure and warmth that we felt on reading the fully-covered-with-good-wishes card that we received. We felt,
and feel, that we do, indeed, belong in/with WisCon. Thank
you, our many many friends.
