Phoneutria nigriventer, right?
According to Wikipedia:The Brazilian wandering spiders appear in the Guinness Book of World Records 2007 for the most venomous animal and is the spider considered directly responsible for most human deaths due to envenomations from a spider bite.

Indeed! P.nigriventer is the second-deadliest spider in the world after the Sydney Funnel-web (Atrax robustus), and is *much* more aggressive- she was remarkably lucky not to get bitten- especially since she was on her own in the jungle and it only takes 45 minutes to kill you dead...

It looks a LOT like a wolf spider, but none of the pictures of wolf spiders of any sort had that eye number & placement.
Wow. Atrax robustus has big freakin' fangs.

Most of the Ctentidae (the genus to which the Brazilian Wanderer belongs) do look like Lycosids (Wolf Spiders), but they're larger, more aggressive and have red fangs (and often red or yellow colouring on leg pair 1)
