I got my new mobile phone today, free upgrade from O2. It's pretty much like my old phone, except smaller, lighter, better screen, "better" camera (higher res, at least), more memory, etc, etc... and of course, it was "free" in the sense that I'm tied to them for another twelve months.
My computer upgrade parts should arrive tomorrow - finally I've gotten around to saving up a bit of money, choosing what I want and actually buying it. Taken tomorrow off so that I don't go insane at work thinking about putting it together. Amusing story - HSBC cancelled the transaction as part of their fraud protection, and I had to ask the company to take their money again. I'll go into details about the spec later or tomorrow, once it's all complete.
