I was able to help. I always thought that all I could do was hurt people... But I was able to use my powers to help.

It makes me very happy.

So it was you! Well, you could start by giving me your name, then I can thank you properly.

It wasn't all me. I only helped.

My name is Sue. What's yours?

I'm Taiwan. It's very nice to meet you, Sue, and thank you very, very much! One person's contribution is just as good as anyone else's. I wish I could've done the things you were able to do. Teacher was resting in Gohl the whole time and if you hadn't put up that barrier, I don't know what we could've done without it.

[Woah, flood of praise! It makes Sue feel sort of warm and jittery-- is that embarrassment?]

Really, it wasn't any trouble... Who's "Teacher"?

Teacher is China. He was hurt so badly that week... But it must've been a lot of trouble for you! You must be really, really strong.

Him. Yes, he was hurt... Oh, it really wasn't. Please don't think anything of it.

Hmm... what kind of world is Sue from? Can all the people there do things like that?

No-- I'm something called a Clover. A child with powers. Most people need Modules to do what I can... But I don't.

What's a Module? It sounds really important.

They're like a little machine... I knew a man that lost his hand, and had a Module instead. It could transform into various things.

That sounds like really advanced technology! I wonder if I could get a look at it... Oh, but I guess you don't have one with you, huh?

I don't. But I could make one.

Discedo has enough materials for that?

I don't need materials. I can make my own.

[ dumbfounded for a moment ] You can do that?

Hmm... If I had a power like that, I'd never have to buy a new cellphone! [ SERIOUSLY THINKS ABOUT IT ]

...You're right. You wouldn't. [ALSO COMPLETELY SERIOUS. Oh Sue, so literal.]
