Permanent Wants Post

This is my permanent wants post! Before I get started, I would just like to say a few things...

1. I am not employed, and therefore I'm a little short on money. If you have something that's listed here that you want to sell to me, I would really appreciate it if you could set it aside from any other sales you might have until I can get the price you're asking for. Don't worry, I know what things are worth and I will try my best to meet the price you set for me, but I might be a little slow on it >_< When I get sales permission, I'll also offer trade/partial trades!
2. I will apply the buying rules at pkmncollectors, meaning I will check your feedback and make sure you have selling permission before you sell to me (:
3. I'm fully willing to pay for shipping as well as the item & I use paypal. Also, I understand if you are a slow shipper...no worries there.
