I know some of you are like, why Steampunk, that didn't originate in Japan?!
It would be neat to say, here's stuff from Japan, and here's a little something from the US. I also like the fact that SteamPunk got inspired by the Victorian era like Lolita as well ( tho it is not lolita ) There has even been some influences in anime, like Steamboy! I've also been seeing it at a lot of cons. So why not give them a chance to strut their stuff on stage?! It's definitely a subculture that deserves to get noticed too.
I can't wait to see what people will bring!
