Please cancel our subscriptions. It shouldn't be too hard, as you're not currently pulling anything for us.
I want my comic store to know what titles I'm reading, and pull them for me, and maybe recommend something similar.
What Zanadu didn't know, can't know, because I've bought so little from you, is that we have NEVER rejected an issue that's in our file. If we order it, we will pay for it. You needed us to be specific, to list each individual title, and the issue we wanted it started at. I don't have time to read the catalog each month and notice that in addition to Invincible Iron Man and Iron Man: Enter the Mandarin, there is a short series called Iron Man: Viva Las Vegas, and order it specifically. I would rather spend that time reading, you know, comics. Of which we buy about $80-$100/mo.
I'm sorry Zanadu is not the comic store for me. It would have been convenient, but I am not a serious enough fan to expend that much time on maintaining my list.

Sorry to hear this Wired,
If you are not willing to communicate with us, then why did you need a subscription?
We pride our selves on not selling out of titles and usually try to have copies on the racks for four weeks and carry a major backstock.
Especially the titles that you want.

I still don't see how "Err on the side of selling us more comics" was unclear.
