I am disturbed and a bit freaked out that anything a usability/marketing consultant has to say would be worth such. Really, Creating Passionate Users is the kind of site I would like to be able to run someday. I love to talk about what makes users happy or sad or rewarded.
Maybe she has a rich interblogular life that includes trash-talking other people.
