ISSA NEW YEAR!
We are in the future, oh yes. :D
I don't so much have a single new year's resolution; instead, I've got a stack of projects to chew on. I spent most of last month completely slacking off and being a fanwench, and it's time to get to work.
Collaborative Projects
Firefly Spark
This is, of course, the closest thing I have to a job right now, and I've got a lot of catching up to do. I've probably got about twenty new pieces to list, a lot of promo work to do, some holes to fill in our inventory, and we're planning a whole new line to come out in the month before Valentine's.
Sales nosedived before Christmas, which is counterintuitive and disappointing, but I wasn't putting in any work on it, so I pretty much blame myself there. Much to be done with the shinies!
Paranoid and Crotchety
Looooots of work to do before Intercon in March...
Lifeline: We have a rewrite planned to our most popular game yet, which will add some wacky new characters and strengthen the world development. We hope. We'll be careful to write the new stuff at five in the morning so it keeps with the general feel. ;) Plus we've got a few more props to make.
The Sound of Drums: We need to write (most of) this. Wheeeee! Also quite a few props to make and gather, to keep the appropriate feel of the game.
And we need to work out what we're bidding at Festival in April. Including possibly another new game. :D
Solo Projects
Encephalon
Encephalon--or at least that's what I'm calling it now--is a project I've been brewing in the back of my head for the past few months. It's a web fiction platform. Kind of two projects in one, really, because there are two things I'd like to be able to handle very well: 'publication' of online novels and other major single-author web fiction projects (and I know a few of you reading this might be interested in that), and providing an alternate platform for LJ/LJ-clone-based online RPs. Because I'm an ambitious little twat.
Now to go learn Rails fast enough to pull this off in a reasonable amount of time. :D

Because how could I be writing something like Encephalon without planning to use it myself? And how could I let a [probably long] period of unemployment pass without trying to write a novel?
Sire & Pup is a delightful romp of bi poly kinky genderbending alternate history gnostic epistulary porn. With pirates.

I think it's about time for a new homepage to organize all this crap. And to start posting here regularly again. And set up something to host my photos. And a few other things that I'm not even going to go into yet. Wheeeeee!
