SIGNAL BOOST

No, my company's not hiring right now, but another is. Boosting this on behalf of Namor-Boy:

Small, friendly, informal company ( http://SmartFlix.com , http://HeavyInk.com ) needs a full time (40 hr/week) shipping clerk to work in our Arlington Center location. We are literally located right at a bus stop on Mass Ave in Arlington Center - a quick commute from Lexington, Cambridge, etc. We are right on major bus lines (MBTA routes 77 and 79).

The ideal candidate will be

* reliable
* flexible
* quick and efficient

The pace of the job is brisk (there's a lot to do!) although not as much as you'd think, but there are other friendly shippers already on the job. The office is very VERY casual: wear shorts and a t-shirt, drink your coffee, pet the odd dog that wanders past.

Tasks include: opening boxes and envelopes, pulling small items from drawers and boxes, filling packages, sealing packages, carrying light mail tubs (10 lbs) 60 feet at the end of each day, using a barcode scanner to inventory all items in a box, etc. Trust me, its easy. I've done it in addition to my regular duties at time. Theres a small learning curve, but nothing terrible.

Office hours are 9-5 or 10-6. Or what ever you need. We're flexible and can change, especially if your reliable and don't fuck around.

Tell your friends. We're looking to hire ASAP.

Email me for his contact info. It sounds like an awesome gig.
