The timestamp meme:
Give me one of my own stories, and a timestamp sometime in the future after the end of the story, or sometime in the past before the story started, and I'll write you at least a hundred words of what happened then, whether it's five minutes before the story started or ten years in the future.
These will be quick, perhaps dirty, and probably mostly done on Monday. I will try to do all.
The flash preview meme:
If you happen to be working on some creative writing project, fanfiction or NaNoWriMo or what have you, post exactly one sentence from each of your current work(s) in progress in your journal. It should probably be your favourite or most intriguing sentence so far, but what you choose is entirely your discretion. Mention the title (and genre) if you like, but don't mention anything else -- this is merely to whet the general appetite for your forthcoming work(s).
(Or at least a few of them. One from something most of you know about; the rest from stuff I haven't mentioned much.)

Helixes (Doctor Who, gen)
The Doctor, thirteenth and last, is wiry, comparatively solemn, morbid sense of humor, bottle-green eyes that could scorch from yards away, ginger.
The Emigrants (Revolutionary Girl Utena, Akio/Touga/Miki)
"That must make life easier, to be American," Miki said blandly. "If you're American, everybody expects you to be an asshole."
That last might have been left from the last time I did the timestamp meme, from a bunny that ran away with me. I don't rightly know. But I seem to recall that I was writing it for somebody.
