Basically wheat as the ancient Egyptians had it. I'm making up another batch tonight, for the potluck at the KTO equinox ritual. Unless it totally doesn't have enough time to soak (it's supposed to go overnight, I'll see if I can compensate with extra cooking time), in which case I'll make, I dunno, soup or something. Maybe the Tiphareth Soup from jessicamelusine.

May I come over and shower and Torchwood at some point though?
