This turntable isn't quite as classic as that one! (A pity.. hehe) However it's a good model from 1978, and I regard the late 70s as the high point of analog stereo hifi gear.. Electronics and manufacturing techniques were good by then, but the cost-cutting and marketing-oriented productions of the 80s hadn't come along yet.
(Also, I like wood or brushed steel, rather than black plastic from the 80s)
I think I may well dismantle it and clean and polish it up though.. there's little spots of corrosion on the heavy metal platter currently, where it should be shiny.
