Fixed at last

Today I finally had the winning combination of:
* Time
* Clear weather to work on the car
* Motivation
* Closest-matching part from an American Legacy GT

It turned out that the coolant header-to-turbo tank off the Legacy GT does, in fact, not match up with ANY of the three bolts the original was attached to. Bollocks. However I bought some new radiator hose and some screw-on clamps, and with all four hoses clamped that way, it appears to be held very solidly in place, and is braced against approximately the right bit of engine that I could vaguely clamp it down. I doubt it would pass a roadworthy test, so I guess the car will be staying on SA rego then.. I'm confident that it's safe, which is the main thing.

So, now I can drive my car for long distances without consuming litres of radiator coolant. Hurrah! Just in time for the trip to Adelaide in a week or so, and then Tribeadelic.
