best vacation ever!!! (with DBSK AND SUJU...kinda...)
hey!!! i just came back from thailand on may 30 (..yeah yeah i know delayed). and boy, was i happy to have gone with my family!!!!! We already planned to spend our vacation in thailand since april and we decided to spend 6 days there, so it's from may 25-30. at first i thought it was just our ordinary vacation where we go there to shop for new clothes, new Chucks, and new DBSK, SUJU and other kpop stuff. Then somewhere between the 20-23 of may, my sister said theat Super Junior was going to be there on the 27th, and i was like, "What!?!?!?!??! Nandun tayo ng mga time na yun ah!!!shit!!! makikita natin sila!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! san ba sila puunta???" and my sister said that they would be at the Siam Paragon for their promotional tour for their upcoming concert in Thailand on the 12th of July, and i was like, "Shit siguradong papayag si mommy!!!pumupunta tayo dun ah!!!!"
And so on the 25th we arrived in thailand and it was just like any other vacation we went to our hotel first thn went to some malls to shop.
YAMAHA DONG BANG ADVERTISING!
On the second day, we went to central world to do some shopping. We road the BTS sky train to get there. The sky train was connected to the mall so all you have to do to get to the mall is to walk from the station, walk through to over pass connecting the station to the mall and then you're there!!! So while we were walking my youngest sister shouted, "Uy!Dits!! Tsi!!!" She called for me and my other sister's attention and pointed to one of the pillars in the train station, and there posted on the said pillars is a mini billboard of DBSK for their Yamaha thing on the 1st of July up 'til the 10th. So i thought since it would be unlikely for us to take a picture together with them, we took a picture with their picture! :P..it's better than nothing right?? so we took a picture with the billboard, and yeah i know, we couldn't get any lower, but hey, we were desperate!!! Taking a picture with their picture is the next best thing, since it is impossible take one with the real thing! And i admit, we did look stupid taking pictures with a picture, but no one will recognize us there so what the heck?!
when we got to the mall, we went to ZEN, the department store and spent almost half of the day their, when we got out, i saw a board like thingy advertising the Yamaha thing of DBSK, and so i took a picture with it as well. A lot of people were staring at me and my sister, Denice, and my other sister Beverly was like, "Tsi! Ano ba!!! nakakahiya!!!"(Tsi(older sister in chinese...actually it's Atsi cut short)!! What are you doing! It's embarassing!!) And i said, "Sus! Wala naman may kilala sa 'tin dito eh!" (So?? No one recognizes us here anyway!)
And so we continued on and then Denice spotted a Junsu board thingy like the one we saw outside ZEN, and i was like running towards it and shoving my phone to my sister to get her to take a picture of my with it. My dad was laughing at how silly we were acting and how childish we were but hey! it's DBSK! anything realted to them can make me go crazy!
So we went on a hunt for the boards of the other Dong Bang boys. As we were looking for them, we saw a very huge banner of the boys!!! actually they were solo banners back to back, on one of the banners was Yunho, behind his pic was Yoochun's, the next one was Jaejoong's behind his pic was Changmin's pic and the last one was Junsu's. They were huge!!!!!!!!!! so after taking pictures of the banner, we continued our search for the boards. While going up the escalator, i saw Yunho's so i ran towards it to take a picture. After that, i glanced bahind it to see whose pic was behind Yunho's. Guess whose pic was behind Yunho's......it's Jaejoong's!! Even the thai organizers of the event cheers for Jaeho! Yeah, yeah i know it's just a small thing but Jaeho fans like me feel the love, right??
So we spent the whole day at the mall searching for the boards and we haven't found yoochun's yet!!!! at the end of the day, we found his board at the deepest parts of the mall....Phew very exhausting day but exciting nonetheless.....:P
Super Junior in the Flesh!
on to the next day...the day of the Super Junior Promotional Tour in Siam Paragon. Duirng the first few ours of the day, we went to Emporium first because that department store was small and my mom "insists" on going there first because we weren't even that sure if the suju boys were really going to be there. Since we didn't want to get on her bad side that day, we agreed. At about 1:30 in the afternoon we headed to the BTS train station to go to Siam Paragon, when we arrived at the station, we got a chance to glance at what's going on....and.....super junior is really there!!!!well at least not yet...but they will be!!!!!OMG...i was like hyperventilating!!!!!!!!!!!!! i couldn't believe it!!!we were finally going to meet super junior!!!!!!!!!!!so we were there at 2:00 and i realized that i wasn't wearing blue!!!so yeah..what's done is done..i was there to meet super junior i can't just mope around because i forgot to where blue right?? so we were waitng for super junior to come out...and waiting....and waiting....and waiting....while we were waiting...i got the chance to meet new friends...i talked to some Thai people who were sitting beside me...so we were waiting and waiting..and waiting...then finally at 6:00 in the evening....super junior came out!!! A riot broke out...because for the last 4 hours, we were sitting on the floor waiting for them, because some of the fans wanted us to sit down so all of us could see super junior, because if we stood up, not everyone would get the chance to see super junior in the flesh. So yeah, when super junior arrived on stage, everybody scrambled towards the stage. I was wearing shorts and havianas flip flops that time, so yeah...i know bad idea...i got my feet stepped on...i got pushed, shoved everywhere...i almost lost my slipper 3 times..i was afraid that i would be going home barefoot!!!!but thank god i didn't need to!!!i retrieved my slipper with so much difficulty and i think the Thai people were already cussing at me, but i didn't understand what they were saying...so yeah...mainly we pushed at each other to get a better view of super junior...because of all the pushing, shoving and stepping...i didn't get to take a fancam or any pics of super junior!!!!:(...but at least i saw them in the flesh right????HEECHUL was so cute...well he always is really...but it is so different when you see them in person!!! it has a different feel to it!!!OMG...they talked about their upcoming Super Show Asian Tour but of course, i didn't understand any of it because they said it in Korean and the subtitles on the screen were in Thai...so yeah...they spoke for 15 MINUTES and heck, those were the best 15 minutes of my life, even though i just got pushed, shoved, stepped on, and almost became road kill...i still saw Super Junior, well 6 of them anyway...there was eeteuk, sungmin, heechul, shindong, yehsung, and eunhyuk, but yeah!! Heechul!!!! So when i got out of the mass of people, i saw a lot of fans cry and a lot of them fainted. When i got in the mall, there were fans who were running up the escalator to catch a glimpse of Suju up close. Because the escalator going up was full, a lot of fans went UP the escalator that was directed DOWN!!!it was such a funny sight, but i felt touched by their love for suju and i was scared at the same time for their safety. While i was watching the fans, i remembered that i wasn't with my sisters because we got separated in the crowd. When we met inside the mall, my sisters told me their story of their experience in the crowd and, yeah...it was the same, they were shoved, stepped on, pushed, and my youngest sister almost lost her slipper too!!!(my other sister was wearing chucks so yeah..she didn't have to worry about going home barefooted)
seeing super junior in person is the best thing that has happened to me!!!!!!now that i saw super junior......i can slash that one off of my wish list....next stop....meeting DBSK...:P
