A really quick icons post
Before I head out to the movies...
Here are more beautiful Sound of Music icons.
ETA: I can't believe I forgot to mention alexandral's lovely Fellowship of the Ring icons...I know they've been recced by both Koala and QoT, but they can stand another rec, I think! :) Purple-hued #20 (Gandalf) is particularly striking.
And I love this new (to me) icon community that was recced in a comm recently: simplelimit. If you like gorgeous yet simple, non-fandom images, this is the comm for you - everything is eye-poppingly beautiful, very crisp, and with great colors.
The only problem is that whenever I visit that comm or see their icons pop up on my flist, I desperately want...oh, about 1000 userpic slots! What can I say, I am seriously addicted to pretty. :)
