Well hello there!I'm so glad you like the picspam - feel free to spread the Richard Armitage love! Despite the absurdity of most Spooks storylines lately, it's still stylish, and Richard Armitage alone is worth the episode acquisitions...I'm awfully glad they brought him on board. :)

Thank you! I'm glad you like the caps. :) Richard is quite lovely in Spooks - but he's only just come on in the 7th series - the previous series were headlined by Matthew MacFadyen (1,2, 2 episodes of S3), Rupert Penry-Jones (3-6), and now Hermione Norris & Richard Armitage are heading up S7's cast.

WHAT?? whatwhatWHAT? Spooks as in, the former Matthew-MacFadyen-starring, known-as-MI5-in the States - Spooks?? RICHARD ARMITAGE?? I am dead from the fandom crossing. I stopped watching MI5 after MM left(not just because he left. it took a radical turn in style etc. that I didn't like). But if RA has joined(adore him ever since North and South and a bit of Robin Hood) I might have to pick it up again. Which season is this?

and speaking of which - what happened to Robin Hood? Is it still going on?

Yup, that Spooks. :) And we're in S7 - you can check the BBC site for full info. I have no idea, unfortunately, what's going on with Robin Hood, since I never watched it. Richard has been lovely thus far in Spooks, so I'm ever so glad he joined the cast, and that Hermione Norris came back.

You're very welcome! Spooks is a post-9/11 BBC drama about the MI5 (domestic security) branch of the British Security Service (James Bond is M16, of course), so it's a lot of spy action/thriller stuff, and if you need to catch up on any old plots (because sometimes things do come back), the BBC site has fairly detailed summaries of all past episodes. With the exception of Series Six (we're in S7 currently), which was heavily arced, it's mostly episodic, self-contained stories. You should be fine! :)
