I love Neruda. Thank you for posting this - it just suited my morning perfectly.
Particularly these lines struck me as very vivid:

While reading I kept thinking how peaceful and quiet earth would be if everyone stopped moving and talking at the same time. I know that not exactly what he meant, but still... it gave me a peaceful feeling.
