a new bento box! :D
What's inside: Clearly, this is a Mediterranean-style bento, plus there's no rice, and no meat, either (I forgot to put the prosciutto in). The top tray is chunks of fresh papaya with lime wedges. The bottom tray is two sections of fresh radicchio salad dressed with olive oil, salt & pepper, 1 section of grape tomatoes, and 1 section of roasted red & yellow peppers plus artichokes hearts marinated in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a little salt. To be eaten with sliced baguette on the side. :)
I really like this new box - the inner lids fit well, and I like the larger size. Pink isn't usually my thing, but this box is pretty.
