You guys! *beams* It was snowing this morning! :) I got to walk to the metro in gently falling snow! :D
So update to
yesterday's post - I finished episode 7 of Yukan Club.
It was fun. :) Still cringeworthy, but fun, and hearing Jin's English was much love! One thing that really struck me about this episode though was how cheap the costuming was for the terrorists! I almost felt like they were wearing plastic bags on their heads. The episode was perhaps the most absurd thing ever - Yukan Club takes on international terrorists! I spent the last twenty minutes of the episode giggling helplessly at the craziness of it all on the train last night and I was sorry that I criticized YC for Mike He when it could plunge to such depth of absurdity...stuntcasting him was almost the LEAST of the ridiculousness. ;)
In other news, I've begun rewatching Sapuri.
And I'm melting into a puddle all over again. AND I like Minami (and Itoh) so much more this time around, especially after having read volume 1 of the manga.
nihongofrancais is exactly right - they made a good choice to cast Itoh as Minami, and Itoh really gets the "look" of Minami very well. In any case, I wish I could fully describe how happy and giddy it makes me to see Kamenashi as Yuya again! And even more happy when I see how Yuya begins - his transformation during the course of the drama is so incredibly special.
I'm full of Yuya love this morning! I had to go have a peek at an old post:
'The Best of Sapuri', which contains some of my most favorite Yuya screencaps. :D
Aaaaand....I am definitely going to do a 'Best of Tatta Hitotsu no Koi' picspam to showcase Hiroto, because that is next on tap for a rewatch.
Can you tell that I'm definitely ready for a new Kame drama? There's only what, six weeks to go?! :)
