Veronica Mars
Spoilers, of course.
Thoughts on tonight's Veronica Mars:
What the hell is going on with Logan? Surveillance in the bedroom? Every time that I begin to think that maybe he really is a good guy after all, something new crops up. I just can't believe how he handled being outed with Veronica with the whole "surprise!" surprise, and then confessing that he drugged Duncan's drink, only to find out that what? That he might be videotaping his encounter with Veronica in the conquest room? Ewwww.
"What can I do? What can I do to make it better?"
Owww, I really believed him! I believed his anguish! If this was all some elaborate hoax, some big joke on Veronica, I will be royally pissed. But then it would be the trick of the season--to get both Veronica, and us, to like Logan after he's been such a shit. He's such a brat, and they managed to get me to like him.
And wow. Duncan's meltdown confession to Veronica was...wow. And meltdown #2 at the car...ouch. This boy is in a lot of trouble. It's beginning to be easier to envision him killing Lily (although I hope not!)
Well, I must say, after a very strong start and a bit of a sluggish middle, the season looks to be wrapping up spectacularly. Can't wait for the season finale! And thank goodness VM got picked up for a second season.
