So me and ilanabean42 were spamming the crap out of each other as per usual, right? We were discussing about writing styles and how recognizable writing styles are (and the way I’m totally psychic and realized what fic was hers in a heartbeat) and then she had this Idea.

“I am not giving Nyanta away,” Koyama snaps, “So I guess we can’t hang out anymore.”
Koyama give Shige an angry glare, then turns on his heel and leaves.
“That’s not what I meant,” Shige whispers to Koyama’s retreating back and sneezes again.

Over the next few weeks, both Shige and Koyama are miserable, but Koyama is still angry and Shige is stubborn, so the problem is being avoided. Mostly it is Shige sneaking glances at Koyama or Koyama glaring at Shige or both of the just sitting there, sulking. Sometimes Shige opens his mouth to say something to Koyama - then he remembers they’re not talking at the moment and he closes his mouth and goes to do Tegoshi’s hair.
“This is getting ridiculous,” Ryo snaps at Koyama one day.
“He doesn’t like Nyanta!” Koyama explains with a pout.
“Your cat is fat, ugly and makes him sneeze! How could he possibly like it?”
“I hate you,” Koyama sulks.
“Yes, but are still talking to me. So you can talk to Shige, too!”
Koyama stops talking to Ryo.

“This is really getting ridiculous,” Yamapi scolds a few days later, “This isn’t good for our group dynamic! As leader I order you to stop this!”
Koyama stops talking to Yamapi after that.

Ryo (who Koyama is still not talking to) walks up to him and holds out an unidentified object.
“What is that?” Koyama finally asks, when ignoring Ryo doesn’t work.
“It’s a hair roller,” Ryo replies imperiously, “My girlf-my friend got one, because I’m allergic to cats too and this way I don’t have to sneeze when I’m near her. Him. Them.”
Ryo flushes, but Koyama doesn’t even notice.
“This is so great,” he squeals excitedly, “You’re a kind soul, Ryo-chan! Thank you, thank you, thank you-“
“I’m not kind,” Ryo snaps, “Your ugly sulking face was staring to piss me off!”
Koyama isn’t even listening.

“K-Koyama,” Shige says in between sneezes, “Why are you hugging me?”
“I found the solution to our problem! Or rather, Ryo did, but anyway, we are saved!”
“What? Why? What?” Shige asks and sneezes again.
“Hair roller!” Koyama squeals and grabs Shige’s arm, “Come on, let’s go out! Dinner, karaoke, darts, anything!”
“You might want to use that hair roller first,” Shige says, slightly annoyed.
He can’t stop sneezing. But for some reason he also can’t stop smiling.
