Hello my El-Jay friends :)
It certainly has been a little while since I posted in here.. sorry about that.
Life as usual, has been kind of boring :p My mom has taken some vacation time off of work, and so I've been spending some time with her before I head off back to Waterloo this Saturday. I went to Ryerson on Monday because I needed a transcript to send to Waterloo to transfer my summer credit; I waited in 3 lines for about 2 hours. Wouldn't you know it, you could get transcripts online, in less than 30 seconds! O___O I was so mad after that, seeing as I wasted so much time...
After that I went to the CNE/Ontario Place for the Chinese Lantern Festival. My mom was already there, so I met up with my brother and we found her some time later, with my neighbor and her friend. If you're in Toronto, and you haven't seen the Lantern Festival I strongly suggest you go! It was so beautifully well done-- there were pandas, dragons (in the water too!), as well as many lit-up sculptures made of tea cups and rice bowls. They also had another exhibit for dinosaur, bird and insect lanterns! :) I took a few pictures: Lantern Festival pictures
But yeah... 4 more sleeps until Waterloo! Time sure does fly...
