Why Read: Apart from being beautifully written, this fic is paced just right to create a believable, developing relationship between Hermione and Klaus. I also praise the author's ability to keep both characters in character, especially a post-war Hermione Granger. There is no arguing that the war changed Hermione, but I love how the author manages to keep a strong "I've-fought-and-killed-Death-Eaters" Hermione without having her forget who and what Klaus is. The characters' reactions and responses are just great.
