Its Thursday….
My cold seems to be getting a bit better, but my allergies are still bothering me. I was hoping the cold snap would cut the pollen down a bit, but I guess not. Ah well. I haven’t called out sick since I don’t get sick days as a temp, and I’m already going to lose out on a days pay this week. I have to take Friday (tomorrow) off to attend feather_brain70’s Step-Father’s wake. I’m also going to miss going to Traniwreck and seeing christopherfbh spin. Our plan is to make it to Videodrome on Saturday night. Let’s hope we see that plan through.
So far, my temp job hasn’t been very exciting. Trust me, I’m not complaining! I don’t mind getting all the crap work to do in the office, as long as there is a pay check at the end of the week! The people here are very nice, and tend to keep to themselves. I like that aspect too. The job ends on May 15th. Here’s hoping they extend me a bit. To bad their not hiring
