Ramen with Veggies

We tried this tonight. I've been working to find ways to cut the food budget. Eating ramen is not exactly the way to do it AND stay healthy, but this tasted really good. We added sweet and sour sauce instead of soy sauce. YUM!

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup frozen broccoli
1 package ramen noodles
1/2 block tofu, cubed
1 tsp soy sauce

PREPARATION:

Bring water to a simmer and add veggies and ramen. Cook for 3 minutes or until ramen is soft.

Add tofu and drain excess water if desired. Add soy sauce and stir well.
