Thank God for Snow Days!!!
haha... that color-quiz was pretty close,.. except that I've been somewhat pessimistic lately. Oh well,.. we're all allowed to have a bad week once in a while. Wanna hear the grand finale?!.. probably not, but I'll fill you in anywayz
so, I was working thursday after school, incredibly tired from the bad week. Suddenly, my week gets much better when our executive announced that school had been cancelled! Since they had this information, they asked me to work later. Although I was tired, I agreed to work a 7 hour shift in stead of just 4. On the way home I was thinking about making hot chocolate and sleeping in.. and then I arrived home about 9:30/10:00. what a relief, except that it was a BIG FAT LIE!! No, school had not been cancelled,.. it hadn't even been delayed!!.. I have never been lied to like that,.. and something about it irked me beyond belief!! Instead of staying up to watch a movie or drink hot chocolate, I stayed up till 1 doing homework!!..
As ticked as I was,.. it was such a relief to be able to sleep in after all.
sorry for the rant,.. I'm gonna go let the rest of this snow day cure my bad mood. ;o)
