You might be over-stressed if...

You've been going through day to day activities just fine, you've been doing quite well keeping up with teaching work, research work, thesis writing/revising/scheduling, home stuff, social life, spiritual life, etc., and then you come home and prepare to spend an hour updating a spreadsheet only to find that for the first time since December, you've left your jump drive in the computer lab at school.

You especially might be over-stressed if this realization sends you into an immediate spell of crying, shaking, anxiety-attack, and agoraphobia.

I'm better now. poetheather suggested I go to the bedroom where there's no schoolwork looking at me. I sat in the meditation chair in the darkened room, lit some incense, used her meditation shawl, held my teddy bear, got a couple soothing crystals, and eventually stopped the crying and shaking and managed to meditate for about 20 minutes or so. I feel better now, barring a headache I didn't have earlier, and a still lingering sense of something that might be agoraphobia and might just be campusophobia. I MUST have that jump drive to do all the work I have for the weekend, but I SO don't want to go back there.

life, school
