Fall? Like, "I've fallen and I can't get up"? Of course not. Would a woman president fail? Possibly--just as possibly a male president can fail. In other words, I don't think the gender of the officeholder matters, as long as they're good at the job.
Do you believe in the death penalty?
Yes, in theory, and if they're absolutely certain that the perpetrator committed the crime (and the crime was heinous enough to warrant it). I do believe there are truly evil people in the world, and I think we'd be better off without them. I don't think it should be applied in most cases, though.
Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?
Yes. Not that I would use it, but I think illegal marijuana is rather silly given the number of people I know who've smoked it at some point in their lives and are perfectly normal, productive citizens. If alcohol is legal, pot should be.

Yes, though I'm not much for organized religion these days.

Absolutely.

I think it's wrong when people move to the US illegally and then try to take advantage of the system (or sponge off of it). This knows no race or nationality. If they (anyone, Hispanic or otherwise) come here and want to work and better their lives...more power to them.
A twelve year old girl has a baby...should she keep it?
Depends. I don't think her parents should be punished for her indiscretion. There are a lot of factors here, so it's hard to offer a definitive answer. In most cases, I would say no unless her family (particularly her parents) are willing to do what's necessary (and they shouldn't feel guilty if they don't want to).
Should the alcohol age be lowered to 18?
Yes.
Assisted suicide is illegal...do you agree?
No. I think it should be legal, albeit carefully controlled and subject to psychological counseling. If someone has terminal cancer, for example, and wants to die with dignity, then I say let them go.

Well, I don't have any children, but yes, I do. Just a swat on the butt with a hand or flat paddle, no belts or anything. But yes, sometimes a swat is just the thing. I got spanked and I turned out all right.

Depends on how you define "innocent." If you mean that she has to go to a psychological facility where she can be helped instead of jail, then yes. If it means they let her out, then no. Should they let her out after she's "cured"? That's a tough call, but I would say yes. Just keep a close eye on her when she's around kids.
