Johnny was in heaven. That's what Paris told him. Paris also told him that he could not believe Johnny had not yet explored that particular piece of heaven.

"I'm not going to be the one to screw the new guy in town," Johnny reasoned out.

"Another reason why you should," his friend countered while arranging the books on top of his drawer. Johnny winced and silently apologized to his things, promising them that he'll fix them when Paris disappears. "It could be a welcome to town gesture!"

"I just met him."

"Exactly! You just met him-" Paris paused at his dusting and turned to Johnny. "Wait a minute. You like him."

"Uh, yes? Haven't you been listening to me for the past hour?"

"No, no. You like him," Paris repeated, emphasizing the word. His sleazy smile turned into a genuinely happy grin and he plastered himself on his friend. "This is great! You're finally getting the man of your dreams! And, I'll have someone to have fun with."

"Paris!"

"Shut up, honey. You know what I'm talking about. He just has the cutest accent- you can't help but poke fun at his English."

"His English is just fine."

"Sorry, did I say English? I meant his Aaangleesh," Paris mimicked Stéphane's accent before breaking out into laughter. Johnny threw a pillow at him, but he was grinning too.

"Hey, I just fixed that!"

"Honey, daddy keeps you to do that. What you're doing is making my life harder," Johnny kidded and that was when the pillow fight ensued.

The truth was Johnny did like Stéphane. A lot a lot a lot. But he couldn't tell if he was liked the same way. Never had he encountered a man who was so touchy and affectionate. Towards everyone. Johnny recalled one time they had been skating (and, oh god, he had lifted him in the air. oh god.) when Maxim, one of the younger knights, had come over to deliver a message from Plushenko. Johnny had introduced them to one another and Stéphane had beamed, very glad to meet one of Johnny's many, many friends, and had proceeded to link arms with him, saying how Russia was so pretty, why had I never thought of coming here and vous avez une très belle princesse. The alarmed look that Maxim threw at the princess had made him burst out laughing. When Stéphane had turned around to ask him what was so funny, Johnny just shook his head and told Maxim to go along with it.

Admittedly, belle princesse made him blush (his French was rusty, not non-existente) but that didn’t tell him anything. Stéphane found beauty in nearly everything. Johnny was more convinced that Stéphane probably thought of him the same way he thought of Maxim but there was a but. (And what a lovely looking butt it was) But. Stéphane would twirl lazy circles around him on the ice. He would kiss him on the cheek and rub his palms to keep it warm. He would point to a tree (of all things) and say something about how Johnny was the sun and he was the tree and just as the tree looked forward to being warmed by the sun, so did Stéphane look forward to spending time with Johnny.

So yeah. Guess he didn't have to screw the new guy. The new guy was already screwing him. His mind, at least.

"You must show me what goes on in your kingdom!"

"But you’ve seen it everyday." Johnny laughed and lay down on the snow beside Stéphane. Stéphane had made a snow angel and told Johnny that he must do the same because it makes everyone happy to see that angels too can live with mortals.

"Ah, but I have never seen it with you. You will show me and I will pretend that I have never seen it yet. I promise to be amazed. You will show me, yes? I shall even give you a ride. She is magnifique; you will love her, I am sure. But first, we must admire our angels."

Stéphane had stood up while he was talking and now held out a hand to help Johnny stand up. Johnny pretended to consider Stépane's proposition for a couple of seconds before giving in. He curled his fingers around the Swiss'. He was pleased that Stéphane had not let go, even when they had already stood side by side. On the ground, their angels were just as close, the tips of their wings nearly touching. It looked sweet though, too sweet; it made Johnny drop his hold on Stéphane’s hand.

"See, our angels are already making you smile!"

Johnny was sure his blush was giving something away but he shook his head anyway. He allowed Stéphane to lead him to a tavern, where he was renting a stable. Johnny felt his excitement, saw it on the way he seemed to bounce on their way. Stéphane grinned at Johnny and told him to wait outside. The Swiss entered the stable and coaxed out a- what is that?

"Today, we shall travel in style!"

"On that?" Johnny had an eyebrow raised like he didn't really believe what he was seeing. Scratch that; he really didn't believe what he was seeing.

"Ah, mon ami, do not be looking like that! She is beautiful, is she not? I dreamt about her once and maman, she is the prettiest sorceress. One day, she is telling me she has a surprise and voila! Come, pet her; she does not bite if I do not let her." At this, Stéphane gave the zebra a stern glance.

Johnny approached with caution anyway (because one couldn’t be sure about the temper of a zebra, much less a zebra with wings) and extended an arm to pet an outstretched wing. Ooh, he let out in surprise as he ran his fingers through her wing. The color, a dark shade of pink, turned into blue at his touch. The animal fit Stéphane in a kooky sort of way.

Stéphane helped Johnny get on the zebra, before riding her himself. He seated himself behind the princess; Johnny could feel Stéphane’s warm breathe beside his ear and couldn’t help but shiver at their close proximity.

“You hold her like this,” Stéphane instructed; voice so low, it almost sounded like a whisper, and guided Johnny’s arms so that he was grabbing the zebra on either side of her neck. “Firm but not hard because you shall scare her.” He then wrapped his own arms around Johnny’s waist. “And I shall hold on to you!” Johnny turned to look at Stéphane. The grin was back on his face, go figure.

“So, where to?”

(It's only now that I realize I've been using French and not really Swiss French so IDK if I've been doing anything wrong. Apologies in advance!)

I don't think you'd be able to find a SwissFrench translator anyway.

Mami, you are getting more and more absurd, I love it!

XD

(The difference between Swiss French and France French isn't anything like the difference between Swiss German and Standard German, just some random words here and there mostly, so I wouldn't worry about it)

LOL, sorry, forgot to put up a translation.

vous avez une très belle princesse is loosely = "You have a very beautiful princess" but I'm sure you all kinda got that already.

And I'm so squee and happy you guys are enjoying Plushy's platinum throne and Jewbear bear and the story!
