To daydream is to stir the pot of hope.
What we most want is up upon a stage,
Eliciting a self-vicarious pleasure.
Nor should we deprecate such homespun treasure,
The source of much delight at any age.
Years pass, yet dreams with dreamers still elope.
Fear not to dream, for dreams are not mere leisure:
Imagination gives one room to cope,
Vivid in its scenes of love and rage
Even as it makes one's world to measure.
Oh the wonders of having a pet. I find her more entertaining that a group of acrobats performing on a single thread wire. Yes, I would have to admit that my Rakuen playing with a single string of yarn is more compelling than possibly anything else…
*sigh* So, what has been happening with the school? Snow? Oh that would be entertaining. I wonder what it is with the weather that always gets me into a writing frenzy. Hmm, possibly the fact that it reminds me so much of this very world that encompasses me. The rain reminds me that the mistakes of my pass can be washed away with time. The clouds bring comfort when the sun that can be too blunt like the truth seeps into our daily lives too often. The snow will cool and hopefully for a moment in time freeze the hustle and bustle of our daily lives so that people will once again stop and watch the snowflakes as they fall… a paradise of ice crystals.
Well, that should be enough to think about for now... now, if you will excuse me, I have to watch my ‘paradise’ fight with the sofa.
[[ooc: Nanao's cat's name, Rakuen, means 'paradise' in Japanese! ^_~ just so you can get my lame joke at the end! XD]]
