Bentley was really sick this morning-he threw up 3 times. I dropped the phone down the banister whilst upstairs, accidentally, when trying to call the vet to make an appointment. The phone landed in his doggy vomit. I swear, you can't make these things up. So Boo went off the vet and had to have medication for the vomiting. He is sleeping it off for now and we are trying to fast him for the night. His nose is drippy and he is lethargic, poor pup! The vet said his tummy and bowels feel ok and he is not running a fever so he thinks the crab apples for one day, he might have been ok but the build up of eating them and having difficulty digesting them, they have fermented in his stomach and given him a really upset tummy. The vet is recommending either changing his walking routine to keep him on the lead and not off to play with the other dogs or else getting him a muzzle to wear when he is out so he doesn't eat anything he shouldn't.
P, any thoughts about the muzzle? My sweet, gormless pup will look vicious!!! It has been a stressful morning and my head is thumping like you would not belive.
