Two words: dragon pie
Today was an amusing day.. just read further =P
I went to visit my family down south of our country, along with my mother and grandparents. We celebrated both the birthday of my little nephew and aunt (godmother). My nephew turned 6 last friday and was all happy and jumping around and whatnot to see me again.
Now, shortly after we arrived pie was being served to celebrate the day. Then one of his older brothers (7) demanded for some other pie and scurried off to the kitchen with me following, curious to see what he had in mind. Then the words "dragon pie" dropped, and my mind went 0__o?
What I found was highly amusing.. a brown box with a grinning green dragon on it, with wings that can be cut out; a real pie for kids thing. Then my "instinct" naturally thought of a pie made for dragons, so to speak, but it was alot more amusing.. Much to my amazement and hilarity, when the box opened, I found the tail of a green dragon..! Those kind of pies who are long stretched to be sliced like bread.
I couldn't help but laugh at first, but then.. felt a sort of sympathy for this nonexisting dragon XD He offered me a slice of the dragon's tail but I digressed. I wouldn't be able to help thinking that I would be chewing on a scale covered authentic dragon's tail.. XP What I did take was, say, a piece of the 'spine': a small hardish substance that when you chew it it really crackles loud in your mouth. Owch..
That poor poor dragon..!

In other unrelated news, I plan on getting back updating my LJ with more interesting stuff and reading other's again!
