Oh practice
Picking up where I left off...
Friday, precamp of course, we continued learning 1st scene work and drill together. Fun stuff, I tell ya. When it was done I went home and showered and was then picked up by Lindsay and Ashley. We proceeded to Target and bought the D.I.s little notebooks. Lindsay and I took Ashley home and went to Dickinson Stadium. We were so invading. The two guard captains from Lakeshore at the height of St. Joe's band camp. I saw Haley, Beth, Jay, Maggie, those St. Joe dance people I know. We sat in the stadium and saw Mrs. Nelson and Bethany. Erik and Nick showed up to watch too. I really liked their 2nd scene music because it really reminded me of the show. (They are doing Cirque du Soliel: La Nouba music...which is awesome.) Afterwards, Erik and I stood around as Alex talked to all the St. Joe drumline people.
Alex took me home where there were several Kappa Delta sorority girls at my house. I began packing and went to bed.
Saturday, I woke up and took a suitcase of clothing, a box of food and christmas lights, and a box fan to school with me. Lindsay, Ashley, and I counted all the flags and then went out to learn work until loading time. We went back and definately stood there for 45 minutes until they were ready for the flags. Precamp ended well though.... we knew all the work and all the drill for 1st scene...and it was almost all put together. (Incredible, I tell you.)
Must finish later...it's getting too late.
I know you are all dying to hear about camp, so I'll try for tomorrow or tuesday. :D
