Cooking Class. For the Love of Beans.
Cooking Class last night. more or less easy bean recipes. no print outs with Mr. Murphy, of course, but I will describe what I did.
First, there was a Hummus, sweetened with Sweet Paprika and served on wedges of Pita bread,
Second was a Black bean and Corn salsa, (with tomato and guacamole)
Third was a three bean salad with onion,
and last was a Bean and meat soup, with Kale, (the kale ruined it for me)
Like the Hummus and the Salsa, think I will make them my self one day.
The only disappointment I have here is that none of these beans were musical, which robbed them of later entertainment values.
