(no subject)
hi everyone. i know i havent updated in months (literally). i'm sorry... i always feel like i don't have a bunch to say. even when i do have stuff to say, i usually dont want to talk about it to the online community. i prefer in person. but i will update now, because it is worth it to keep in touch with people who i don't really get to see but who read my journal. so you people are the reason i update, and the reason i read other people's journals.
so anyway, formal was last night and it was really really fun. i had a great time, and had so much fun with ej. it was amazing to be there and slow dance and everything and spend the night with someone i love. it was great. and in general, there are just a bunch of people there, some i see all the time and some i dont see that much, and it was nice to spend time with all of them. so the formal was fun, and i danced (even though i'm horrible, when there are a ton of people around i dont think too many people notice, and ej's good and i kind of am able to just follow him lol). afterwards we went to duchess diner- me and ej, sam d, mike, sam r, her date matt, and gene and jackie. it was really fun, i laughed a lot, and then me and ej hung out at my house and then he went home. i had a really fun night :)
besides formal... its the holidays! i'm excited :) i really like the holidays. i love the snow.. i hope it snows soon. it actually did snow once, but i hope it snows more, enough so i can go sled riding and everything, have snow ball fights and all that good stuff. besides, its just pretty- i love waking up and seeing the world outside covered in white, without footprints or anything. also, thanksgiving was fun. my family all got together, and it was a nice time. the weekend was nice too.. i had a lot of fun saturday, went to toad's and saw bunji and went to cosi's with amanda, allison, erin, and kerrigan. it was fun.
so... as far as college goes... this is of course a big deal in my life right now.. and i applied to yale early action so will have a decision, hopefully, on dec. 16. so that's cool. i dont want to go too far from home for school, honestly. so, wish me luck.
besides that, i havent really gotten very far in my college applications. i know i'm gonna apply to bc, brown, williams, and possibly wesleyan. beyond that we'll see.
to all the other seniors- i wish you the best of luck with your college applications, all of you.
