Coming Attractions
So I'm 3000+ words into this movieverse!Avengers fic (which is my terms is HELLA LONG) and for whatever reason am writing it as though the Kindly Ones (or maybe just Nick Fury) are after me to finish.
I will actually be waiting to finish it entirely before I post it, because I have enough damn WIPs and this one, in spite of current length, should end at well under 10k. If I can keep up something like the current rate of writing, should be done in a few weeks, allowing time for beta.
It's Tony/Bruce, oddly enough, because in spite of the fact I ship Steve/Tony like mad (especially in any of the comic!verses, where it's practically canon), I adore Tony and Bruce's relationship in The Avengers movie. BFFs, Science!Bros, whatever, they're adorable. Mark Ruffalo and Joss Whedon made me actually care about The Hulk.
So in that spirit, here is the summary for the upcoming fic:
The Mind Has Mazes: Through the machinations of his late father’s regent, Tony has been sent as Athen’s annual tribute to the Labyrinth at Knossos. If he wants to escape, he’s going to have to solve the maze’s mysteries, and the biggest one is that of the monster at its centre. Movieverse!Avengers/Greek Mythology fusion.
