(no subject)
I'm spending this week in a bit of a daze, and this time it's not actually because there's new Sherlock.
I've been temporarily pulled from my store to help out with the company-wide yearly inventory. The work itself is fine, I get to wear jeans for a change, and I'm quite happy about the extra hours. The downside is that, to minimize the disruption to the stores, I've been working from 5 pm to 12/1/whatever in the morning, and with transport time back (and parking, because it's all street parking here, and a nightmare at that hour) I'm getting to sleep maybe three-am-ish.
I miss undergrad, when I could bounce back from disruptions to my sleeping schedule a great deal faster.
Am fascinated by the analysis I've been reading of others' reactions to Belgravia, hoping to write my own soon (Ideally before Hounds airs, though that's looking increasingly unlikely), and really want to write some POV stuff from John's perspective set during/after Belgravia. And really really want to finish my bloody 221B Cowl I'm designing/knitting.
Have some really wonderful things coming up this month, though, including two fangirl adventures! Dead chuffed.
Just need to get some more sleep first...
