Turns out cutting through skin is easy.

I feel so clumsy. This morning, I was cutting a bagel, and accidentally sliced my finger. Pretty badly too. I wrapped it up in tissue, but it was bleeding a lot. My mom thought we might have to go to the emergency room for stitches if it didn't stop. Thankfully, it did. I don't really like the idea of someone sewing me up.
Even now, hours later, it still hurts. The kind where you feel your heartbeat pulsing.
I felt so dumb about the whole thing, but it was a new knife, and I didn't realize how sharp it was. My sister had cut herself with the same knife before, but not as badly.
And it's such an ugly cut. I really hope it doesn't scar.
