Skaði's quarters at the bar are smaller than her quarters in Thrymheim, but she doesn't need much space or many amenities. The room is lit only by fire--a central fireplace, and braziers carrying the light to the corners of the room. Roaming hands beneath Skadi's sweater pause as Remy looks around, taking in the room in all it's glory.

"It's nice," she says softly from her perch. "Suits you."

"Thank you."

She sets the bottle down on the edge of the tub, and glances around, as though trying to decide where to put Remy. For the time being, she just holds onto her.

"It used to be much more modern, but I hated it."

She's something of an expert in a certain class of seedy motel, for all her avoidance of most of humanity, and it had reminded her too much of that.

"Definitely much better now, then," the dangling woman says softly from her perch.

"You know," she says dryly. "You can put me down, it's not like I'm going to bolt."

"You can never be completely sure," she says, though she does set her down (and takes a swig straight from the bottle she is holding; that's manners for you).

"Of course, you're free to leave if you want. But I don't think you want to."
