swallowing and grimacing seems synonymous now

Have been ill since last wed, and I'm not talking about a fever or the normal cold. What seems to be tonsillitis is appearing to be more serious than it is. haven't eaten much for almost a week, except the occasional sip of soup. It's just torturous to even drink water, having to countdown to every swallow, to brace myself for the indescribable

you should go and apply for special consideration now. they will moderate your marks if they are satisfied that your illness has severely impacted your studies.

He's right yknow? least u'll get better grades. But if your grades are already good...i don't think that will help much. But doesn't hurt right?

I think you dont have to take a sup exam if u have special considerations... Worth trying. :)

After all I had my best grades ever last sem even though I took 6 modules, with special considerations that is.

hmm i've asked my lecturer, he said there's a chance i need to sit for supp paper, and the results will replace my finals. so better not lor, pia thru this last paper.

hmm for my sch, i'll have to take a supp exam, which is much tougher than the normal one. and it'll be in mid july.

eh? u sure that's the only recourse? cos in my school, if u r sick and still take the exams, they will moderate ur marks. in any case, best of luck! :-)
