arggghhh!!

 After two months I  finally beat my all time high score on Bejeweled and suddenly-after two freakin' hours deeply immersed in the game- my screen went completely blank. And wouldn't come back on. My monitor had died.  And I had lost my new score. Two days later, here I am back again, but can't seem to get the mojo going to try again. sigh

Have you seen The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters? I'll be showing it to my class later this semester in conjunction with the lesson on video games ;) .

I've got a couple of gaming icons, but that one is my favorite.

I've never seen that-it sounds interesting though.

At least I got a new, wider screen monitor out of it. (trying to look on the bright side here. LOL)

I think I was reminded of the K of K because it contains one of those situations -- of the perfect game that then...wasn't. It's a pretty funny documentary.
