Happy birthday toladycat713 (today) and ozma914 (tomorrow). Have wonderful birthdays both of you!
It's been raining a lot here and it's a good thing. My air conditioning went on the blink on Thursday. I had been baking lasagna in the oven and it felt warm in the house. I shrugged it off since it was a very humid 90 outside. But the lasagna was eaten, the dinner dishes washed and it still felt hot. Fiddling with the thermostat didn't help. Uh oh. The repairman came and pronounced our condenser unit dead. Luckily it's under warranty so he ordered another one and fixed it today. Thank God. A few hours later, blessed relief. In the meantime I spent most of Saturday (no joke) hanging around in the air conditioned comfort of Ikea. Under the cut is the placemat I bought for the Cat Assistants.
