Sunday
I woke up fairly late (a bit after 12). Hung with Mel a bit before she went to work.
Showered and random chores. Put together one of the LCD displays (an extra one). I ended up breaking the light tube that gives brightness to the display. Not the biggest deal since it is a spare and about $20 to replace, but still frustrating.
Attempted to call family, with no answer.
I fixed up Mel’s computer the rest of the way. She felt there may be something wrong. I did several tests and came to the conclusion most of the problem is her drive is close to full.
Spoke with Srdjan for a few hours. He was doing well but a little frustrated with job hunting. He is also stressed about living at home. He mentioned something about Becca’s family that reminded me of my own. He also was a bit bored and is having trouble finding people to hang out with.
I also tested the other parts and came to the conclusion that I could not fix my computer with parts on hand and/or the help of Paul. I packed the parts up for moving and will mess with them later.
Opened some mail that I got the other day. Cleaned up the place. Filled out Mel’s SS change form. Made food and had it warm on the plate for Mel’s arrival home from work. She was annoyed with the meal selection and did not eat much. Work was apparently bad.
We watched a few shows and had difficulty with a show that did not record properly. I got items laid out to change oil Monday.
