Great! I have a sore throat again! Well, it is already six weeks since my last cold. So tell me that this is normal...
Anyway...
After it's already two months since my application for dole at the Jobcenter and I didn't hear anything, I went there yesterday morning.
I took a number and waited, and waited, and waited... after 90 Minutes it was my number called, and I went into a room. This lady there- uhm - so say it nice - had no clue at all!
"What? Who are you? uhm... no, don't find your application... bla bla... "
I was like: "Waaaaaahh?!?!?!?"
Well it turned out that some stupid clerk kinda lost my allication somewhere in the computer system. Fantastic!!! Then the nice but half-assed lady sent me to room 420 to wait untill my name would be called on.
I asked again: room 420? - she said: yes, room 420.
I went there and waited, and waited, and waited...
After an hour passed I got pissed, because nobody except me seemed to be on that whole floor! I walked straight into the next best room, and asked another one of those clerks what's going on.
It turned out that I was waiting in the wrong room - I should be waiting in room 320 - ARRRGH!!!!
Luckily my name wasn't called on yet - at least one ray of hope.
So I went to room 320 and (you know it already?) yes - waited, waited...
20 Minutes later I finally was picked up by a nice and hopefully qualified lady.
To make a long story short: She said, she will finish my application untill end of the week/months so that I finally will get my money for July, August & September (would be great!), I only had to hand in two documents which were missing and I will get my Social ticket for the public transport - which I did and got today morning - yay!!!
So, to quote the line out of the song mentioned above:
I'm beginning to think there's hope for the human race
Now I'm waiting for
corazon76 to watch "The Secret Window" on DVD with me - Depp-Alert!!! :) And maybe we are going to go drink Cocktails this evening.
