(no subject)
OMG, the pool looks FANTASTIC with water in it! It's only got...well, at the deepest point, the water comes just over my knees as of half an hour ago...in it, but you can see how great it's going to look. We were just out there, wading. We got the knock-off version of PebbleSheen, in a blue color which, yesterday when it was dry, looked really...pastel. But now that it's got some water on it, it's darkened nicely. We also opted (for a nominal upcharge) for flecks of abalone shell to be added to the top layer, and it looks wonderful. They catch the light and just SPARKLE.
We've got three hoses going into it right now. We figure it's anywhere from 18 to 21 hours to be done, which means we'll be swimming tomorrow night! (And that big pit you see in this user pic will be BLUE!)
