I'm wondering whether DISH network would be workable for us. There are just a few channels that are must-haves, and they're all contained in the 100 channel tier (currently $20 a month, $35 a month after six). Problem is - we have many televisions. Six of them, actually, plus a portable (yes, I know - we're over-TVed. But they all get use.) Currently, we only have digital cable on two (and of those, HD on only one). But, with the cable company, if you have digital cable on any TVs, you get expanded basic cable on all the others. I think with DISH, we'd have to have a receiver on every TV (or split the signal - and there's probably a limit on the number of TVs you can attach, anyway), and that would likely negate any savings we might get.

Does anyone know about that? The DISH website seems to be silent.
