I need a new computer. The processor I have is five and a half years old (I had to rebuild the rest of it more than three years ago), and it's reaching the end of its useful life. So I went to Fry's Electronics today to see what they had for under $500.
It seems computers have completely passed me by. I have no idea how to buy one any more. When I bought this one, it was easy - the processor had a speed that I understood. I got the "2.2GHz Intel P4 Processor."
Now they're all model numbers and I don't know what they mean. So now I have to research how to buy computers all over again.
